If you taste even half of the flavors that are in a good cigar, you either need to see a doctor about your condition or I need to get my taste buds back. That's how I feel most of the time anyway. I generally get strong hints of tobacco burning slowly between my fingers and that's good enough for me. Maybe it's because it's a lighter smoke but I do get hints of cedar and other stuff in there. It was a good stick and lasted about 45 minutes or so. I even set it down for 10 minutes to thoroughly clean the house and it was still slowly burning enough for me to continue without a relight.
Note: I incorrectly stated it has a Connecticut wrapper in the video but it's a Cameroon wrapper, duh. Hey, I'm a cigar smoker not a cigar researcher, even if the research is on the label. But I've seen some sites refer to it as having a Brazilian Maduro wrapper so I don't feel too bad. So the wrapper was from Cameroon and I enjoyed it. These wrappers are known for being "toothy" and you can read everything you'd ever want to know about Cameroon tobacco and why it's considered "toothy" over at Holt's Clubhouse.
